Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service for Second-level Registrations under .RO

Disputes concerning second-level registrations under the .RO top-level domain are governed by the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, approved by ICANN. This Policy and these Rules were adopted on a voluntary basis by the registration authority of .RO. In addition to the ICANN Policy and Rules, the Center has developed its Supplemental Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy that entered into effect on December 1, 1999. The Center has been retained as dispute resolution provider by the registration authority of the .RO top-level domain.

Note: this is distinct from disputes concerning third-level registrations under .RO for which the Center also provides services.

The most frequently asked questions about the Uniform Domain Dispute Resolution Policy are answered in the Center's Guide to Domain Name Dispute Resolution. Specific queries not addressed in the Guide may be submitted by e-mail to arbiter.mail@wipo.int
